The listing of any club on SnailBox does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by SnailBox. We do not verify the identity of Creators, the accuracy of club descriptions, or the quality of any items or correspondence sent through club activities.

No Liability for Club Quality

SnailBox accepts no liability or responsibility for:

• The quality, content, or timeliness of mail or items sent by Creators
• A Creator's failure to fulfill their club obligations
• Lost, damaged, or delayed postal items
• Disputes between Creators and Members
• Any financial loss resulting from participation in a club

Member Responsibility

By joining a club, you enter into a direct agreement with the Creator of that club. You are responsible for reviewing the club description, understanding the terms, and making an informed decision before subscribing. SnailBox encourages you to read reviews from other members before joining any club.

Mailing Address Safety

When you join a club, your mailing address is shared with the Creator. While Creators agree to our Terms of Service prohibiting misuse of addresses, SnailBox cannot guarantee how Creators handle your personal information. Exercise caution and use a P.O. Box or alternative address if you have privacy concerns.

If you have concerns about a club listing — including suspected fraud, inappropriate content, or non-fulfillment — please report it immediately:

SnailBox will review all reports and reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
